KJSC Azot is the all-powerful industrial complex, which produces more than 40 chemical products, using modern equipment:
CAPROLACTAM Caprolactam is used for production of chemical fibers, polyamide resins threads.
MINERAL FERTILIZERS:
Ammonium nitrate grade A is used in industrial production.
Ammonium nitrate grade B is used in agriculture.
Both grades are produced with addition of magnesian agent for caking protection.
Urea is used in agriculture as a mineral nitrogen fertilizer and as a raw material for production of resins and glues. It is also possible to use urea in animal industry as a feed additive.
Urea grade A is used in industrial production.
Urea grade B is used in plant industry.
It is used in agriculture as a fertilizer as well as in different branches of industry and for retail trading.
AMMONIA:
Technical liquid ammonia grade A is used for nitric acid production and for nitration, as a refrigerant and for protective atmospheres generation.
Technical liquid ammonia grade B is used for reprocessing to fertilizers and as a nitrogen fertilizer in agriculture.
Technical Aqua Ammonia grade A is used in different branches of industry such as hydrolysis process and paper industry; grade B is used in agriculture as a nitrogen fertilizer. Technical Aqua Ammonia grade A is used during hydrolysis process and in paper industry; grade B is used for agriculture as a nitrogen fertilizer.
LIQUID CARBON DIOXIDE
It is used in food industry: carbonated beverage and artificial ice production, for cooling and storage of food; for protective atmosphere generation (during welding), casting forms drying, firefighting, and in other branches of industry.
AMMONIUM CARBONATES
Ammonium carbonates are designed for use in light, chemical and other fields of industry.
Ammonium carbonates grade A are used for organic synthesis and chemical agents production.
Ammonium carbonates grade B are used for flotation, dyeing, neutralization of boxcalf leather and also in metallurgical and uranium-mining industry.
They are also used in agriculture as fertilizers (for potatoes, vegetable and feed crops) and feed conservant.
AMMONIUM CARBONATES (FOOD SUPPLEMENT ĺ503) are used in food industry as acidity regulator for pastry products, as aerating agent and emulsifier for food products manufacturing.
TECHNICAL SULPHURIC ACID
It is used in the production of fertilizers, artificial fiber, caprolactam, titanium dioxide, ethyl alcohol, aniline dyes, etc.
NITRIC ACID (ANALITICALLY PURE AND REGULAR)
They are used as a reagent and a raw material for ammonium nitrate and complex fertilizers production, as well as in oxidizing process of metal etching treatment and for other purposes.
TECHNICAL FORMALIN
Formalin is aqueous-methanol solution of formaldehyde used in various fields of the national economy.
TECHNICAL DIMETHYLFORMAMIDE
Technical dimethylformamide is used as a dissolvent and a reagent for organic synthesis.
SODIUM CARBONATE AQUEOUS SOLUTION
Deacidification in various branches of industry.
ALKALI WASTES OF CAPROLACTAM PRODUCTION (AWCP)
It is used in production of construction materials, road construction and other branches of industry.
POLYETHYLENE PRODUCTS
Polyethylene Film, Polyethylene Thermosetting Film, Polyethylene Film with Multicolor Print, Polyethylene Bottle, Polyethylene Bags with/without Grips with Multicolor Print, Polyethylene Bags, Polyethylene Covers, Polyethylene Bottle with a Handle, Polyethylene Drums.
